How reviews work
A transparent look at how reviews move from submission to publication.
1. Submission
Anyone with a genuine Propeditor experience can submit a review through the "Write a review" button. We ask for a name, country, rating, title, review text and the date of the experience.
2. Moderation
Submitted reviews enter a pending state. We run automated checks for spam and inappropriate language, then review flagged entries manually before publication.
3. Publication
Approved reviews appear on the public listing in chronological order by default. Users can sort by date or rating, search by keyword, and filter by star rating.
4. Company replies
Propeditor can respond to published reviews. Replies are shown directly under the review they refer to, so future readers can see both sides of the conversation.
