Report a review

When to report

• The review is not based on a genuine experience with Propeditor.
• It contains hate speech, threats, harassment or personal attacks.
• It includes advertising, affiliate links or promotional codes.
• It reveals private information about a person or a client.
• It is duplicated or was clearly written by an automated system.

What happens next

Reports are queued for moderation. We look at the review, the reason given and any related submissions from the same source. Reviews that break the guidelines are removed and the score is recalculated. Reviews that do not break the guidelines stay online, even if the company disagrees with them.

How long it takes

Most reports are handled within a few business days. Clearly harmful content is taken down faster while the full check is completed.

Disagreeing with a review

A negative opinion is not a reason for removal. If the company wants to give context, the better route is a public reply under the review, which every reader can see.
