Trust is the foundation of any review platform. We combine automated screening with human oversight to reduce fake, biased or abusive content.

What we check

Each submission is screened for duplicate content, suspicious patterns, prohibited language and obvious spam. Reviews that do not meet our guidelines are rejected or held for further review.

No payment for removal

Companies cannot pay to hide or delete reviews. Moderation decisions are based on content quality and authenticity, not on a company's request.

Reporting

Readers can report a review if they believe it violates our guidelines. Reported reviews are reviewed promptly and action is taken when appropriate.

Limitations

We verify the plausibility of submissions, but we do not independently fact-check every claim in a review. Review content reflects the opinion of the reviewer.
